wrapping it up
feeling a little tired, and frustrated at not having yet completed all my non-Christmas tasks by today. I had a shocker today with cranky kids. It seemed that every time I tried sitting down to do something, it only lasted for 5 minutes before some minor tragedy occurred over food or toys. Tomorrow is another day. And the day after that is Mr N's birthday so until then I really can't get too excited about Christmas. This year it will be nice and quiet. We are heading out to a restaurant for lunch, avoiding relies, hopefully having some fun in a pool and cooking an easy no fuss meal for our dinner.
Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I just want to wish you a very happy, safe and joyous end of the year. I might post before then, if not, I'll see you next year.
note: this pic was taken by mr A. He stood on the toilet to get my face in. it took him over 14 tries, but eventually he got one of me without 1/2 my head out of the frame.

Wonderful blog and websites. I think Mr. A did a wonderful job with taking a picture of mommy. You are creating wonderful memories and artful chilfren. I've enjoyed your blog and look forward to looking in on you and your world periodically during 2008. Happy New Year to you all.
