April is just around the corner.
And April is one of the busiest months of the year for us. Birthdays, anniversaries, Easter holidays, I'll be hanging some artwork locally (details to come soon) and now moving house.
We have plenty of preparation ahead. Already we have been organising ourselves and tradesmen to do work on this house. Mostly just fix and repair things that need to be completed. All the things we have put up with, but know that we need to now finally do something about. Finally after almost 2 years, the front verandah doors that have sat in my garage are now painted and installed.
The bathroom finally has a towel rail for the hand towel. NO MORE excuses kids! And much, much more.
I'm meant to be sprucing and packing and culling.
Just not in any hurry today.
Summer has finally finished...pheww.. and the cooler mornings and greyer days means hot chocolates and handknitted socks. I feel slower, but happier to be slow.
I'll think I'll just potter today...and perhaps even start quilting that triangle quilt I've been wanting to do.
