I can't believe it's that late in the day. I was thinking it was more like 12 something.
Oh well.
Good excuse to write a post...tyring my best to keep up the momentum.
Today I've been working on some old paintings and trying to loosen up my hand a little with some small studies on paper. The grey skies give the river a real silver appearance. Here's what I can see and here's what I produced.
And here's what's for lunch. Now that the kids are back at shcool, I need to remember to eat before I pick them up otherwise I will just flake.

Dear Tiel, I've given you the 'Favorite Blog Award' (which is mainly spreading in Europe I think). Thank you for sharing your work, processes and pictures! Kind regards, Sandra

I love the lines of the river in your painting. And I spot some of my favourite things in your progress photo... How fun are those Caran D'Ache crayons?!

The day disappears doesn't it? And it's always 2-something when you suddenly realise!

I like the odd cracker based lunch. Super speedy.
