| rice pudding for breakfast? »
my son has been asking about Eskimos lately and last night I had a dream about some. They weren't real, but rather little, animated characters fishing in their boats.
So today I illustrated my dream for him. Maybe one day I might even have it printed onto fabric.

This is such a beautiful illustration. It really speaks to me for some reason. I love it. I definitely think you should print this one onto fabric (...so I can buy it!).

It's a hit. What a wonderful thing to be able to do. Banksias are on my mind and in my mind they're in a post pack on their way to you. In real life it's school holidays and the post office could be on another continent. Does it count that I think of it every day?

It's fantastic, and great for a boy without being a theme that is done to death.
Well done Tiel.

Will it be available in paper form? My little guy asked me to scroll back up then pointed at it and giggled.

Oh, I love love love it! Eskimos always make me smile. When nosey people ask where my Mum is from (its a complicated heritage) she tells them she's an Eskimo. They never know what to say.
