I've just retuned from a small family trip to Tasmania. We based ourselves in Hobart but managed to see a glimpse of the many magical surrounds.
I promise to blog about this in the next coming days.
I've returned with inpsiration and energy and intentions to capture and retell my thoughts and ideas, both here and through my work. Infact, I could have lept out of bed and started painting and drawing.
But there's life.
And one of the reasons my blogging status declined over the past year or so was because of this very reason.
There's the 8 loads of washing I have to do before the current, never ending weekly loads accumulate.
Dogs need collecting from various parts of the city.
Groceries need to be foraged. Dinners planned. Lunches for schools prepared. Appointment to make and attend.
etc etc
Emails, deadlines, new work, overdue work....and sometimes the blogging just seems like a time waster.
Then there is also sad news about friends' health and the importance of life and friendship to soak in and consider. Time to make sure that support is there and positive thoughts and basic meals are passed on.
But I will blog about Tasmania, for it is too beautiful a place not to share.
