This week has been busy, and I have achieved very little of what I would like to do.
Sound familiar?
I've been doing paperwork..well, I cleaned and moved furniture in the study...paperwork is now piled nicely and ready to sort.
I've been to a couple of artshows including Miranda Skoczek's opening at Edwina Corlette here in Brisbane. Full of laughs with friends and inspiration.
Our eldest reached double digits this week. I felt kind of sad about it. He is definitely not sad.
I burnt my finger making him cake. Not really something I'd like to do again in a hurry. But the cake was worth it, even if I could only find 3 candles.
I've been looking at wooden flooring for our renovations and trying to decide if parquetry will work, with our budget that is. It will work visually with this house..going to go for a Danish look more so than a country home look. Very exciting.
About to take the family on an adventure somewhere cold and blustery....looking forward to taking lots of pictures.
It's cold and blustery here - you could come visit...
